Your MOT at AVR
The MOT bay at AVR is managed by Mark who has been with AVR since 2002 and has City and Guilds 1,2 and 3, National Class Certificate and is VOSA trained. His is joined by Stephen who has been with AVR for the last 14 years and who is trained to NVQ Level 3 and is also VOSA Trained.
This team keep the MOT bay running with MOT’s on the hour from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm (last slot of the day is 5.00 p.m.) and FREE re tests on the quarter to the hour. As a team they don’t just MOT your vehicle but go the extra mile to assist with minor adjustments to help your car pass.
We MOT vehicles in Class 4, 5 and 7.
- Class 4 is a Car
- Class 5 is a Minibus
- Class 7 is a Commercial Vehicle over 3000 kg and upto 3500kg
In addition to this we MOT Quad bikes, Private Hire and Hackney Carriage vehicles.
IF YOUR VEHICLE SHOULD FAIL ITS MOT WE OFFER A FREE RETEST.
During your MOT rather than fail a vehicle we will undertake the following at no extra cost:
- FREE minor adjustments
- FREE bulb fitting (charge for bulb and some vehicles maybe excluded)
- FREE headlight adjustments.
